I've never reviewed anything negatively. I had oral surgery there 2 weeks ago for a tooth extraction and bone graft. I was given minimal instructions for care. 4 days later I went back letting them know I was in pain. The doctor acted as if I was in inconvenience and scoffed because he didn't see anything that would warrant my pain except a little redness. This left me embarrassed. I took my antiobiotic and pain pills until they were gone and used the mouthwash daily as directed as well as the pain medication that ran out long before the pain. 2 weeks later I am in terrible pain. I've avoided calling until today because I didn't want to be dismissed again. The area is excruciating when air hits it. The pain is radiating up my jaw causing headaches. I called back to say it felt like it did when I had dry sockets with my wisdom teeth surgery. Not that I DID have one, but that was how the pain felt. I was completely dismissed and told they could give me another antibiotic (I'm taking one already) or let me come in 3 days (1 day before I'm scheduled to come anyway). When I asked what I could do to help the pain the assistant told me there was really nothing I could do. I will be going elsewhere for the implant. After paying 1,600. cash for this surgery with no insurance I'm really unhappy with their level of patient care. Just because you don't think there should be pain or because there isn't usually pain doesn't mean there isn't pain with a particular patient.

the nurses are really good with people with bad anxiety like me. i was totally freaking out today and they helped me calm down and told me everything i was doing and it didn't take long. everyone is super sweet and the doctor did a really good job. i got 5 teeth removed. if you need wisdom teeth removal i recommend this place!

Dr williams is real laid back and puts you at ease. ( I was really nervous) his nurse and the whole staff were really friendly and made you feel welcome! Very much appreciate it.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Dr. Williams and his nurse were amazing with my special needs son. I had to have work done as well, and when he came with me he was so excited to see the nurse he went running up to her to say hi. Everyone is professional and patient. I have very minimal pain after getting my tooth removed. I highly recommend.

I had my wisdom teeth removed and they took very good care of me! They made sure I knew everything that was going to happen and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time! Dr. Sutton even took time out of his day to call and see how I was doing. If I ever have to have another procedure, I will definitely come back!
