Extremely poor service and accountability. Lift took over 12 months to be fully installed with everything working. They did not know how one of the parts work and required constant call backs. Then within 12 months the lift failed and it is not covered under warranty as I didn’t get a 6 month service. One staff member was amazing, the rest have been slow or unhelpful and extremely unaccountable. I do not recommend this company.

We have just recently had a lift installed through southern lifts. I cannot praise highly enough the service from start to finish. Southern Lifts were understanding of my grandparents mobility issues and budget and made sure that they tailored a lift construction package that was in my grandparents budget. The builder (Lift Con) was outstanding. They went over and above to fit the Lift in the position and in the style we wanted - plus they stayed in the budget. There were no hidden costs and everything turned put exactly as promised. My grandparents can move freely from the top to the bottom of their home and my grandmother can now take my grandfather out for walks in his wheel chair.
