My wife and I drove from Lansing to Meade Lexus of Southfield last week to look at a pre-owned RX 350 we were interested in on their website. We made an appointment a day in advance as it is a hour drive for us. When we arrived we were greeted like special guests. We were offered fresh coffee/cappuccino and snacks while we waited for our salesperson Maria. The decor of the dealership is high class yet warm and welcoming. When we sat down with Maria she was very kind and friendly didn't act like she was in a hurry with us even though she was busy if that makes sense. Well, the RX we were interested in test driving was at the Lakeside location and too late to bring to Southfield before close. Apparently there was some miscommunication. Normally in this situation I'd be a upset. However, upon realizing this Maria immediately stated no problem \I'll drive the car to your home tomorrow on my own time.\ Maria, Brett and Caleb were so apologetic and willing to do what they could to make things right I was totally cool driving back to Lansing without seeing the RX. They did drive our potential trade in and gave us a fair/comfortable offer. The next day when the RX showed up at Southfield Maria did a Zoom call with us and was completely thorough and 100% honest with us about the car. We wanted something a bit cleaner so we passed. The Zoom with Maria prevented wasting a bunch of time for both parties. Seems crazy to leave 5 stars and give a great review without making a purchase? Nope! We loved the experience and when we look again for a Lexus for my well deserving wife we'll definitely give Maria a call. Only reason we didn't buy is they didn't have what we wanted in their inventory at the time. Thank you everyone at Meade of Southfield, you all have a great thing going on there!
