Sterling Security is a great security company for many reasons but let me highlight a few: Eric the owner is very focused about staying ahead in the market segment, he's always looking for ways to innovate. Sterling Security is also driven on good customer satisfaction and tight security policies. Worst security company I’ve ever worked for. Very unprofessional staff in the office and unorganized. Only people that was actually helpful was Andre, Chris, and Anndreia.. I left the company & very glad I did.. The owner Eric will lie about pay rates & positions to the women. But offer more to the men. The office staff excluding Mrs. Dorthy. is very unhelpful & lie as well.. even when trying to resolve an issue that should be kept privately within HR it’s never resolved or there’s no confidentiality. I’ve had many issues with checks as well, including being short.. honestly going in I thought different of the company but after a few months I realized it wasn’t worth it.. beware moving forward..& again I left the company..
