Absolutely fantastic. We were initially looked after by Aaron and then Henry took over our case. Both Vets were exceptional and I felt confident to leave my baby overnight in their care. We were informed throughout of everything that was happening and the costs that were involved. Thank you so much for looking after Barney.

I picked up buster today after 10 days in the hospital. I was very anxious leaving him there and not being able to visit, but the vets were so professional and helpful. Spoke with the insurance team and they were reassuring and helped my wife. highly recommend

I recently had to visit Southfields as a urgent referral with one of my dogs who suddenly became unwell with spinal pain. He was seen within hours of the referral from my vets. The whole process was seamless and explained throughout. When I left my dog it was explained the step by step process of the investigation and when to expect communication or when I could collect my dog. I left him in total confidence and with no hesitation. All members of the team were so friendly and supportive in what was a stressful situation made worse with the COVID restrictions. The vet in particular was brilliant, explaining everything they found thoroughly and the treatment options. I’m so thankful to everyone at Southfields for taking such care of my dog and providing such a fantastic service. Thank you!

Id like to thank the oncology team , especially sarah My 2 year old german shepard jessie has had her radiotheraphy and within the first couple weeks her tuma started to shrink, yes shes received side affects but people need to understand this is part of the treatment, and part of what they have to go through to get better . Anybody writing reviews about there dog losing confidence clearly has not researched the possibile outcomes of this treatment . And how you need to spend time with to rebuild there confidence . Also what is more valuable? Years to your precious babys life or them being a little less confident. I have nothing bad to say about southfields, and i am very grateful and happy for what they have done
