We just bought the Shaw waterproof backing color grey splash city carpet with an eight pound pad. It is the same carpet as the Mohawk waterproof backing but half the price! We also had great installers, they came out did a professional job in no time. We have bought our carpet from Dalton three times now over the years still a great price, great product and great service, so glad things do not change over time!! Thank you Dalton for another great carpet experience!!
I walked into the store in a panic! We had just bought a new house an hour away & needed the hardwood floors stripped/stained & new wood added to a 9x11 space in the middle of the existing room. Oh yah...carpet too! We had a local contractor up there give us a quote & never heard from him again. I met Dennis, aka..(Santa) he asked me what I needed & I said a miracle in 1-1 1/2 weeks so we could move in on time before the new owners moved into our old home. He reassured me they could & would do it in time. I picked out carpet & met with Matt (hardwood guru) at our new home to discuss details. Everything was coordinated perfectly. Dennis checked in with me on a regular basis throughout the hardwood flooring part then coordinated the carpet install. It turned out awesome. Workers were friendly, and did an amazing job. Thank you Dennis for everything you promised & delivered!! Super impressed.

I had hardwood flooring and carpet installed this week and I am highly impressed with the professionalism and quick turnaround from Dalton Flooring. The owner, Sam, was gracious in working with me to find a hardwood that was top quality, matched the hardwoods I currently have that were discontinued, and at a price I could afford. I also worked with Big John who came to measure the rooms and help me find a quality carpet that is beautiful and durable. I do not have the names of the gentlemen who installed my hardwoods but they were very polite and efficient. Jason and Mike installed my carpet and they were also extremely polite, very clean, and Jason even vacuumed before they left! I highly recommend choosing Dalton Flooring and I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks so much to each of your for making this experience very positive!
