Never been there, just know their employees take up a bunch of parking space on the street i live on. Extremely rude to another neighbor when asked if they could use their own parking lot. People have lawn care services and trash pick up they block so i hope this gets fixed sooner rather than later.

Dr Ray is amazing and always can get in to see her right way. Staff is super nice. Dr Ray has been great and very helpful when I have seen her. I would highly recommend her over anyone else. She actually listens to you when you are explaining what's wrong.. she tries to do everything she can to help you no matter what! Thank you Dr Ray for everything!!

Dr. Ray, Char and Lisa, are the ony ladies I know by name. These ladies are top notch and professional. I am incredibly grateful to them.

Dr. may be good but staff sucks. My mom's hearing aids needed repairs and it was my first time at that office. At the reception desk, 3 girls worked on their laptops so I had a profile view of them. I stood there a few seconds trying to figure out who was going to greet me. Finally, a girl glanced at me and asked if I was a new patient. I told them no, I was there for my mom's hearing aids. No answer. They all continued to work and I'm trying to figure out who exactly is going to greet me. Finally she asks me my mom's name again without looking at me and continuing her typing. I told her and then nothing, no response. I stood there in silence and still not being looked at. I then told her that when someone decides to look at me and say something that I would be in the waiting room. As I walked into the waiting room she responded with ...well she is getting her file. In the back room I was treated nicely and respectfully. This woman was wonderful. But those front desk girls need to understand that they work in an office where patients are hard of hearing. They depend on your facial expressions and lip movements. Second, it is rude for any person not to be looked at when being spoken to. Third, my dad has spent thousands of dollars which probably pays your wages and to be treated so rudely in unacceptable. Fourth, your job is to greet people. So do so.

Dr sheila ray is AMAZING! I had a ongoing issue that even the emergency room couldn't figure out. Sheila took one look and knew what was going on. She did some procedures I went in feeling like 7 left feeling a 0 and amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
