I went to order new glasses today and was very pleased with the service and selections. Very clean environment and very fast service. My second pair of glasses from this location and I will definitely be back! Very friendly employees and great customer service

For a company as large as this and offer products and not able to provide ,and what they charge you is ludicrous these are my so called transitions after 50 mins in direct sunlight . I suffer from photo phobia sensitivity to light which triggers debilitating migraines only 3 years ago they provided me with the exact product I asked for and failed this time also not even producing the accessories the manufacturer provides with the product, I wanted to speak with the head of purchasing and was denied . My suggestion steer clear of SVS VISION YOU PAY FOR A CADILLAC AND GET A HOOPDY

Ordered 1/22/21. I was told 8-12 days. Picked up on 02/12/21. 460 Glasses are cheap plastic that don't fit my face properly. POOR QUALITY. 'anti-fog' coating is nothing more than an up-sell that does not work. This will be returned on 02/18 and I will go elsewhere.

Called and got an appointment within 40 minutes of my call. Once there the ladies were just super. They helped me pick out a great pair of glasses at a great price. Love SVS!!!

The staff is amazing!! The doctor was very caring. The staff helped me pick out the right frame for my face. Anytime I need a frame adjustment, I just walk right in and it’s not a problem even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thank you!!

Scheduled an appointment weeks ago for an eye exam. I received several phone calls/emails/text messages confirming my appointment for today 7/29 at 5:30. I show up to my appointment to a very rude and unprofessional representative, Nicole, telling me the doctor wasn’t in and she tried calling me. I received zero phone calls. Instead I received a text message “looking forward” to seeing me at my appointment. So now I have to reschedule another eye exam and wait several weeks for new glasses. Very unprofessional and rude! If you’re thinking about coming to this location for an eye exam or glasses... DONT.
