Another good experience at Southill. I took my older dog for a dental appointment where she had a few teeth out. The price was less than I though it would be so I was very happy. But more importantly I really felt the team really cared for my dog. When leaving my pet with people who are essentially strangers to my pet its important to feel confident in doing so. The receptionists when I took my dog and collected her were also very lovely, which is always a bonus. Thank you, again, Southill.

I am appalled at this business’ accounting procedure, it is not made clear how their pricing is structured and you suddenly get an additional charge of 32 FOR A 2 MINUTE check up for something that has already been diagnosed and treated. It should be made clear that each follow up appointment incurs another hefty charge... this is an underhand way of treating their customers and you have a feeling of being ripped off!
