Our main hot water heater failed and the Berkeys team was able to get a new tankless system installed and up and running very quickly. Ricardo and his team did an amazingly good job, cleaned up their workspace, and explained everything that they did during the process. Definitely will use Berkeys again and recommend them to anyone.

Sean and Eric responded promptly and got to work. They discovered that a sprinkler pipe had a bad fitting that was evidently incorrectly installed when the house was built. They kept me informed as they worked. After completing the work they checked all our faucets to ensure that they were no clogs, after turning the water on after the work was done. They were very professional and courteous representatives of the company. I would highly recommend this company! I did not have any concern they were out to up sell or over-charge me for services or parts I did not need.

I had my entire AC unit replaced (all the parts in the attic, outside compressor, thermostat, etc.) Edwin was so very polite and was here from morning until night when the job was finally done. He showed up on time and I appreciated the call and text notifying me when he would arrive along with his photo and summary. I mostly didn't notice his team while I worked from home. His team kept to the task at hand, was fairly quiet, and only needed me a few times briefly. At the end of the day he took the time to show me how the new Thermostat works. I'll definitely be using the team again.

Called Berkeys after a great experience 8 years ago with a previous home. In February 2021, I had a heating concern with my current home. I called on a Monday and had an appointment for Thursday(impressive given the weather event DFW experienced). Got a call Wednesday morning to see if I wanted to move up to Wednesday afternoon. Great customer service! The technician, Chris, was efficient, knowledgeable, and willing to share his thoughts and explain and his findings. Once again, I am impressed with the care and professionalism this company provides its customers! Thank you!
