I have left three messages for somebody to call me about the charges going through my account as my daughter , due to Covid restrictions cannot attended classes and yet I am still being charged

The staff is extremely nice and the facility itself is very homey. From the moment I stepped into the front door everyone was so welcoming and helpful to get me set up. The class was very high energy and fun. Most people don’t like working out, but this is a great option for working out. Fun, energetic, a lot and harder than it seems.
On June 17, 2020, I did my first ride after the lockdown at CycleBar Southlake and to address my issue why they cut the 45min classes to 30mins. The response was because they have to deep clean after each class. I can't believe that CB is charging members 15mins to deep clean their facility? They said I can return whenever they start offering the 45min classes. I asked to get a refund of my 80 pre-paid rides and I was told they don't do refunds. I then asked if I can use up my rides by hosting a birthday party. I'm told no, they can't transfer my credits. CycleBar, you have the capability to provide 45min classes and still do your deep cleaning between classes of 9am, 12noon, & 6pm with 20 bikes. Taking away 15mins from our paid 45min ride is stealing our money!!
