Maxx Electrical Services booking process was seamless and easy. I was given many options in terms of a date time window. Everyone I interacted with was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Our tech was courteous, friendly, professional, and knew exactly what we needed to have done. Maxx Electrical Services also does a great job with their social distancing practices, which made me feel very comfortable. Without question, I’ll be using them for all of my future electrical needs.
Maxx Electrical Services were wonderful to work with! They helped me move a dryer outlet to the other side of the laundry room, and though it was a bit more complicated than they originally anticipated, they were able to get the job done. They provided high quality work and they clearly knew what they were doing. The technician made sure to explain everything thoroughly and asked if I had questions before they started and once they had finished. They were very personable and I would invite them back for another job in a heartbeat!
Maxx came out to our rental property to repair dime lights. He was able to coordinate with our tenant and worked around their schedule. He repaired the fluorescent lighting inside of the laundry room, garage and kitchen. He also wrote up a thorough report on some items that should be addressed, but said they could be taken care of at a later date. Being out of town, I really appreciate Maxx working directly with our tenant, and not trying to push additional work or "up-sell" me. Maxx Electrical Services is on my speed dial!
Maxx Electrical Services did a great job. They replaced my electrical panel and installed new smoke detectors throughout my home to bring it up to code. They were on time. I received texts from the electricians when they were on their way to my house. These texts included names and photos, a nice security feature. They were very courteous, thorough and cleaned up after installation. I really appreciated that they checked out every switch and outlet to properly mark the circuit breakers. Many had been mismarked for years. I received great value and would definitely recommend them. Give them a try.
We had Maxx Electrical Services come to our house on two separate occasions for different jobs, James was the electrician for both, and without a doubt he went above and beyond to offer more than we could have ever expected. He installed a new panel and brought our basement up to code and did so with a very professional and friendly demeanor. We would recommend Maxx Electrical Services, and especially James, to anyone.
I will recommend Maxx Electrical Services to everyone I know. On a Saturday, we called and got same day service for non emergency installs of 5 new light fixtures and 4 outlet replacements. The electrician sent out was courteous and organized. He really knew what he was doing and he did it much faster than I expected. We even had a few unexpected add on and he was a trooper about it. What I liked best is that there were no "weekend price hikes".
Maxx Electrical Services is the best and most reasonably priced electrician around (we received 5 much higher bids for multiple electrical projects in our home!). They did an outstanding job working on my house. They were on time, efficient in their work, and explained everything in a way I could understand. Their pricing was very competitive and the quality of work was exceptional. I highly recommend them!
