I by no means am a fuddy-duddy, but can yall turn the music down?! It's horrible (unlike some Target jams) and it's blaring from the speakers so loudly I can't even think. One song repeated the same lyric probably 50 times (I'm really not exaggerating) and I wanted to bash my head in the wall. I'm in my 30s and feel like a complaining 80y/o when I'm in this store. My most recent experience I'm looking around and seeing myself others with arms full of merchandise and not one person asked if looking for something specific, offered a bag to carry, etc. The employee that made this last experience better was Hannah when she checked me out. She went above and beyond and should be rewarded. She was amazing and I give her 5 stars. Old Navy Manager of this location....please do better leading this store.

Worst customer service. Wouldn’t let me EXCHANGE a pair of jeans that I bought 4 days ago for another size "because we can't resell them because of COVID." How is that my problem? I was very disappointed and will not be shopping at this location anymore.
