I would have loved to know the hours were changed. I made a blank trip, it says they close for 9 but it’s actually 7. I even called them around 5 to see if they were open and no one answered the phone.

I want to start by saying I love to go into the southlake Pandora store!! I’ve been a customer at this store for over year! The store is always clean! I enjoy the the whole experience of shopping there! The staff are friendly and very helpful! I take my jewelry to get cleaned once a month! My Pandora jewelry is always at its best! I for sure will continue shopping to this location and stay a loyal customer!!
The worst Pandora store I have ever visited. They were not helpful. When their machine didn't clean right their excuse was that the air and the minerals of the earth didn't allow the bracelet to be cleaned because they are also made from minerals. How lame. I have collected Pandora for years and I think I'm done. I was going to buy several bracelets and charms this Christmas but after the ignorance and the insult to our intelligence. I may not buy Pandora ever. They saw my bracelets. They saw I was a customer and didn't care. Bye Pandora. Train your employees. You had 4 of them doing nothing.
Went in to get a few charms for my bracelet. The girls were super helpful and warm, and picked out a few charms they think I would like - some of them I hadn't even seen online! Thank you for y'alls help!
