I don't associate with any of the bad reviews. I've been for 10 years on medication and to many practices, I can tell you about bad experiences, but not this practice. It depends on which doctor you are seeing, but to say anything negative about the receptionists is unbelievable. They are always nice and welcoming when I'm there, we small talk and they always remember everything and care about me. Plus my doctor Lisa Suddreth goes out of her way to be caring and helpful. She exceeds to me any of my expectations. So I'm happy :)

Southlake Psychiatry is great! I’ve been with the practice for about 5 years and have never had any issues. Cheryl, Jan, Carolyn and April are super friendly whether it’s in person or on the phone. I see Lisa and she’s awesome! I feel like she’s genuinely interested in how I’m doing and how my medication is working. Any time I’ve ever needed anything outside of my appointments, they are very quick to respond and help.

My experience at this office had been good until today when I entered the office of my practitioner, sat down, she asked me how I was doing, then proceeded to write out her lunch order then leave the room & give her order to the receptionist. From there it was down hill. I felt I was unimportant and unheard.

They have made adjustments when and provided the proper guidance For my care in more difficult and challenging times.
