We eat at Taco Bell more frequently than other places due to the fact that they have some actual decent gluten-free options. This Taco Bell did a really good job because the food tasted hot and fresh. We do avoid certain locations because the food is not as good, and this is definitely not one of the bad ones.

I ordered 3 tacos with no lettuce.. and all I got was lettuce. I order no lettuce just to get more meat. It's like taco bell trains their people to skimp you on protein. After eating these empty shells I feel like I need to stop at taco casa and never support this chain again. It's like 80% of the time you order a taco from taco bell you get this

Terrible & rude. They consistently got our order completely wrong and then audibly laughed at us over the intercom when we asked they fix it and give us another crunchwrap for our troubles (driving 8 miles each way after realizing they messed up so severely again and barely put any effort into making it correct). And to top that when they did give us our food again, they STILL made it wrong, it felt on purpose and I almost expected spit in our food. Avoid this Taco Bell, there's one's who aren't so rude and careless.
