Pre-pandemic I always loved visiting this showroom. I’m a big Elon / Tesla fanatic so seeing these cars was always a treat. The employees are very kind and knowledgeable! I cannot wait to visit the showroom again

I want to know who did the 5 stars reviewers meet with? We came to test drive a Tesla yesterday and have sent a few emails to Brooklyn and yet to hear back from her. The 2 stars are for the gentlemen that was very kind and pleasant to meet with when going over features on the Tesla.
They were very helpful and actually changed my family's mind and we are now going to purchase a tesla so thank you

A Tesla employee set up a test drive for my wife and I on my first visit to this store. When we arrived this morning for our 10am appointment I was greeted with disdain. I mentioned we were there for a test drive and without taking my name tesla employee said I’m not set for this week or next. The way he spoke just made me feel so unwelcome. He was so Unexcited to speak to me I choose to keep our conversation very short. I spent weeks convincing my wife to buy a model S or 3 and wanted her to decide for herself.
