I just went to return something I bought through in store pick up last Thursday. There’s a sign on the door that the landlord has locked them out for not paying rent!! I hope other locations are open.

Love this store. Needed a casual dress for outdoor concert. Great service helping me select. Chose a 4 way reversible cotton lined dress. Was my second visit and I will be back.

I shop at this location at least once a year for work clothes. Every time I am wowed by the attention and service I receive (it doesn't happen at all locations, trust me). This most recent visit however was above and beyond expectations. I was shopping for a business trip. My first time shopping for work clothes after having a baby (working with a new body shape). Michelle helped me in the fitting rooms and made great suggestions, switched out sizes, gave helpful opinions and was so kind to my Mom and daughter who joined me on this crusade. I left with everything I needed to make a good impression (and I did get TONS of compliments during my trip!). I will always be a loyal customer to this location. They really know how to care for their customers-especially Michelle, her passion really shows!

I can't give this really even one star because every time I come into the store I tell myself why did you come in here? Very high pressure sales with scowling if you say "I'm just looking thank you...no and not for anything in particular..thank you" Apparently the reason is because the employees are paid on commission. Didn't know that until this until I went into Ann Taylor for a more stress and judgement free shopping experience. Save your self the frustration and shop online. This is Gavin's Mom not Gavin oops! Sorry Gavin!
