Very friendly. My first visit. Let's see if they can fix my TV affordably! Edit... Well they had my TV fixed within a week for under 200. They just had to do some soldering. Maybe I was lucky. In any case they did a great job, had it all wrapped up for pickup and they even helped me get it into the car for the drive home.

Tech was on time and knowledgeable. Feared TV would have to be replaced but luckily it was minor and the tech was able to fix it.

The tech was great, came in and figured out the issue right away and spoke with visions about a replacement TV. The reason I'm giving three stars is the lack of communication. I understand things can take time, especially now, but communication is the key in any kind of relationship, business or otherwise. The only time I ever heard from them at all was after I asked why everything was taking so long (three weeks after the tech came by and I had heard nothing from them). I brought my TV to have it diagnosed and when I didn’t agree with the fixing price i got my tv back without the screws as shown in the picture, the Tv have only screws that puts the TV together and the other screws were missing. The receipt says the tech 999 was working on the TV
