After going around and around with my own insurance provider who were struggling to get anything done given that the claim was against someone whose insurance was through their employer, I was recommended CCM and it was the best decision I'd made! Arabella managed my claim and she was on top of everything throughout the whole process and aside from sending evidence of the damage I had nothing else to do, as they took care of everything! I never had to chase or follow anything up as I was given regular feedback almost every other day. I could not recommend CCM highly enough! Thanks for all the great work!

I could not recommend CCM high enough; I’ve dealt with plenty of other insurance companies in my time and CCM was a breath of fresh air. My claims manager (Arabella) was always on top of things and went out of her way to make this claim and the hiring of a second vehicle a stress-free process.
