A absolute shocker of a PO. Service is awful. One counter working at peak xmas period. No ine knew if they did foreign exchange. \I don't know where the euros are..\!!. Its a disgrace that PO needs to take in hand urgently. Staff are rarely trained to required standards.

Visited early Jan, only one member of staff on duty at the time and she was not able to help me. Apparently only one member of staff that was trained / authorised to help me and she was out sick, for 6 weeks !!

Bad customer service, especially from the short-haired lady. She shouted and gave advises about the pen which I use for adress. When I ask for the parcel should be sent for signed for, she said already all parcels via Airforce are signed for. Sorry, I am not working in post office and I did not know about that. I wanna come there just when the other lady is there. She is very kind and helpful. But the other lady is very cold,uninviting and rude. It is ironic that in the window it is written as a warning to customers to treat their staff kindly, but unfortunately there is opposite of this: Your staff treat unkindly to customers.
