Booked in for a service advertised 160 booked online. As soon as I got there they said will be extra 20. . Later they called me and said an extra 342. So all together 500. Rip off. Considering I had only just had my MOT Will never recommend or use again Avoid

Not sure if inept or dishonest. Had two front tyres changed, had call during stating tracking was out and they could do for 89 to spec, agreed price and to continue and to collect 30mins later. Went to collect car after 5mins (was in b&q) and car was parked at front. Questioned the time, they didn't charge for tracking as couldn't prove it was completed. Took car to local garage as drive was poor at speed, highlighted bad tyre wear after a month (rough one direction on tyre) and they did tracking when I was there - it was out by 8mm and tracking bars had not been touched so not attempted at all. Plus it took 15mins to set up and do properly. They balanced wheels also which were out by 35 on the machine (max limit is 5) and there was no sign of weights falling off plus had different weights used. Car now drives so much better, like a different car. I'm not sure if it was bad workmanship or purposeful mistruth, doesn't sit well though as its impossible to track a car in 5mins, they must have known this and didn't expect me back that early. They may be cheap, but upsell and I now wouldn't trust them to do what they say. Take to a proper garage where mechanics are doing the work.
