I tried to adjust the clock speed of my RAM and got a black screen on boot up. I popped into the shop this morning and I was given a jumper cap to reset the BIOS settings, free of charge. I am writing this from my computer now, and I am so grateful. Excellent knowledge and service.

My laptop screen got broken. Pc ideals repaired it in less than a few days. And actually my laptop seems to be even better quality than before it was broken! The screen seems to have less glare than before. I'm very impressed

Repaired my iMac mid 2017 this week, where under warranty Apple had never done it correctly. Also was given great advice to upgrade my Hard drive to an SSD. My iMac is running better that when I purchased it. Staff were great, gave me many options. Ultimately diagnosed the actual fault with options that turned out to be great. Many thanks.
