My husband and I had been patients at local vision centers through our medical network. Our appointments were status quo and predictable. In the midst of a pandemic, my husband wanted to venture out to explore other facilities. He searched the web and made an appointment to Southside Family Vision. This was a game changer. We were overwhelmed with the courtesy, friendliness and professionalism that was displayed by Debbie and her girls. I must admit, I immediately felt right at home which is typical because of my friendly demeanor. On the other hand, my husband is more business oriented and not one to engage in much conversation. That day, however, he was completely enamored by the entire experience. We are thrilled to be in such good company where a \patient first\ approach is exhibited. The decorum, the location and the soft music created such a relaxing atmosphere. I love this place!!!!! SH

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an optometrist. Not only are they some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, but the atmosphere of the business is like going to hang out with long time friends. It is clean, fun and the time it takes to check in for an appointment and walk out the door is beyond the quickest I’ve experienced. Their selection of frames are beyond exquisite!
So my husband. And I found this practice because of a emergency situation and they were able to get him rite in he had gotten metal in his eye Dr koopman was amazing she was very patient with us and she was able to get the metal out of his eye and gave detailed instructions on how to care for his eye and he had to follow up with them and upon his follow up they were amazing and gave him a gift to keep him safe he said never in his life had he been so happy to go to the eye dr and he appreciated them very much with in the same day of the first appointment they were able to see me and care for my sensitive eyes offering to put plugs and gave sample eye drops they also adjusted my eyeglasses and when I went for a follow up appointment the team is so patient and kind I absolutely love Lisa Felisa Jennifer and Debbie is so kind .... I then had a went for a contact lens exam and they are just the best and I couldn’t have found a better practice I will now only use them from this point forward when u walk in the door they treat you like family and they are the most kindest team in the eye Industry I have ever met and I am a very difficult person to deal with and I have severe anxiety but they made me feel very comfortable around them thanks to all of you This is my new eye care home and I look forward to seeing you soon !!
Amazing place! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going here from now on. Prices are great and they have a wonderful selection of glasses. First time here and no regrets at all! 10/10 if you’re looking for a new place to get your glasses this is it.
Every time I go to any eye doctor I always say “time to go get robbed.” When I came here that was so not the case. I was shown glasses actually in my price range, not the top designer frames that everywhere else likes to sell me. And I was still given the deal of a lifetime! This is a family owned business with awesome customer service and I will definitely be back every year and I am sending everyone I know here!
