I trusted Southview Mini Warehouse to store my personal belongings in a safe and secure storage area. Southview failed miserably. These units have an extremely high incidence of break ins compared to other storage facilities in the area. The \High Security\ advertised are the \High Security Brand Locks\ and has nothing to do with actually supplying some or any form of actual \security\ as in cameras or security system. Prepare to pay extra to insure your property, as this is an ongoing problem that has never been addressed by Southview. These photos were taken after a breakin that involved quite a few units. As the photos show, these breakin's are done from the inside where no locks were ever cut The \High Security\ failed again, Miserably. Negligent response to numerous such breakin's. Only time action is taken is when a tenant is late on payments. Smell the GREED! ..

The owners of these storage units are very very nice and easy to work with. And they communicate very well when any issues arise also.
Liar! Very poorly managed! I was late one month. Was locked out and they used my stuff. Took a ladder, vacuum cleaner and lots of other equipment and was using it! Isn’t that theft!? Very dishonest!!!! If there was a minus star this place would get -5 ... go somewhere else you will be happy you did!!!
A really family friendly company. Easy to work with and get in touch with the owners. Lovely property and new units!
