Customer Service Rep \Carlos\ from the operation center out of Albuquerque denied me assistance. He made me come down to the office in person and I told him and his manager Desiree Martinez about my health problems as to why I cant make it in and they still refused my services plus they kept calling me by the wrong name. Very unprofessional. Im going to report this to the better business bureau.

This bank does not help the community. It is sad that customers have to go with Wells Fargo and can't keep their money local. The Las Vegas Bank should be audited internally by the CFO. Just saying.....
