Have used this company for many years. Their customer service is exceptional. If my trash pickup is missed for any reason, or if I have any kind of issues (both are rare) they immediately address it without making me feel like I'm a problem to them. Wish all companies were as professional and responsive. Love their office staff, love my pick up truck drivers!

Southwest Disposal has great customer service. Any questions my family or I have had have been answered quick. The drivers are courteous and always pick up the trash when they are supposed to. Last year they attended my school for career day and were attentive to my students and gave a fun lesson! Definitely recommend them.

Great service in general and very happy for the services. They're never late picking up our garbage. The driver is also friendly and waves if he sees us pulling out of our driveway. Thank you for working through this pandemic and helping us during these hard times with all our trash.

While I had my services, we never received notice if there was a change to our trash day. At one point I called to have one of our 2 trash cans removed, after a couple months it still had not been done, I called in again and within a couple days they came and got it, a week later they came and removed the other one, even though we intended to keep it. Thankfully it was returned within 24 hours, after calling. Several months later I paid what I thought would be my final bill, and discontinued service. I later found out that I still owed just over 5, the company immediately started phone calls for collection, as early as 7am.
