I made an appointment one day and the next day I dropped my car off for intensive work to be done. This would take several hours but I was given a loaner car to continue with my personal activities. I received updates and other options for work that could be done. Later, I got a call that my car was ready, and yes it is ready. I do believe that the work done on my car was done with excellent care. Pick up was very easy. My experience was good and I appreciate their courtesy. I’m a happy customer. M Moore

First, I would like to commend Katherine Stern, on such exceptional customer service!! I did not know what to expect when purchasing an Infiniti, for the first time. Truly, I have always been a BMW driver. So, of course, I had questions and doubts. Well, she assured me that I will be getting a great deal and will be very satisfied. She was very patient and available, for any questions, I had along the way. She made purchasing an Infiniti, a wonderful experience! I was so happy, when she told me.., \I have the keys in my desk and you can come pick up your car!\ NO words, could describe how she had gone far and beyond in making sure, the paperwork and the car's detail make ready, was on point!! I had to tell her to slow down.. There is NO RUSH! I was enjoying the Infiniti experience. I also, want to commend Nico Noor, the Used Car Sales Manager @ Southwest Infiniti. He was detrimental in making sure, I had received the best possible deal, as well. So, most definitely hats off to him, too! Finally, in purchasing an Infiniti Q50, I will say, it has exceeded my expectations and I will definitely return to buy another one from Katherine Stern. Thank you...LaShanda
