This office shows the most professionalism I’ve ever dealt with in any office I’ve ever been in there’s staff is the most organized and carefully caring. On the spot to answer the phones, to take care of your questions, and to set your appointments. All that they deal with and all the doctors they deal with in that building, this staff is so organized. As far as Dr. Kaufman is concerned, you can tell he’s been in medicine for over 40 years, he is meticulous in his work, he is so focused on what is important in your health to you as an individual. His education in medical science is unbelievable. He’s formidable in the positive sense knowing that you will get better, He believes in the natural healing process very particular about your vitamins and herbs, diets, and well-being mentally and physically. He has a supplement that is phenomenal and created by the greatest physicist and scientist in the industry of medicine. Dr. Kaufman is a scientific doctor in both family medicine and osteoporosis and other areas of medicine. I think God for steering me to Dr. Kaufman‘s office very gracious staff very gracious doctors and so professional in every way.

Dr. Kaufman has been the best doctor for my husband for many years. He is everything you could ask for in a health care provider. We also appreciate his PA Thomas Gammill. We are grateful to have them in NM.

This place has the worst insurance, office procedures, and billing practices of anyplace I have ever been treated. Check your bills carefully. They will fail to post payments, do not send out regular statements so that you can monitor them, and each time I was there they declined to take my copayment. Although they were paid in full on 1/21/19, two years passed before I got another bill from them which does not list my payments. After two years it is very difficult to go back and get the cancelled checks and credit card statements to prove my case.

My mother has been a patient of Dr Kaufman’s for years. Anytime I try to get information for my mother the front desk is so rude until I spoke to Audrey. She was helpful and so kind she is the reason why I did not have my mother change doctors. Ask for Audrey she was very helpful!

I've had it with this office. I've been a patient for 12 years and I'm so over their ridiculously rigid policies and lack of willingness to support their patient's needs. I'm tired of fighting with the MA to get my referrals processed properly. I'm tired of her attitude and rudeness. I'm tired of staring at a sign warning me my visit is canceled if he sees my phone while he stares at his own computer for the majority of my visit. Today we had a huge snow storm and my appointment was first thing in the morning. There were accidents everywhere and the roads were slick. I25 was blocked. I was able to make it to my appointment but was 10 minutes late. Gammil refused to see me. I need a referral to a cardiologist for an irregular heartbeat. I could be at risk of a stroke and he refused to see me because I was 10 minutes late... in a snowstorm. No consideration for the situation or the gravity of the reason for my visit, nothing. Now what?!
