Southwest has absolutely zero customer service skills. Property management companies aren’t great in Clovis, but definitely stay away from Southwest. The house was filthy when we moved in. Trying to get a maintenance order was always like pulling teeth with them. They have absolutely zero common sense and are there just to take as much money from you as possible. Every time you talked to them they acted like it was a burden and an inconvenience that you called.

Tried different property managers prior to being directed to SW Real Estate. Before they rent your property they run a credit check on potential renters, collect the rent, and take care of any & all problems associated with owning rental properties. They're absolutely the BEST.

Was never able to contact anyone,except on the phone when she told us they were open.We went to the office and there was a number on the door,a guy answered and said they were closed for lunch it was 10am.So we left came back after lunch there was a car there but no one answered.Not good buisness.

He keeps in contact with you letting you know all the details that are going on behind the scenes he will make sure you find the home of your dreams! If I could give this company 100 stars I would! This is my second time renting from SW Real Estate. They go above and beyond to accommodate their tenants to ensure they are safe and comfortable.They care about everyone of their tenants and take pride in each and everyone of their rentals. They are so kind, professional, and caring. I am so grateful to be renting from this company again. I highly recommend them. I have seen a few negative reviews and it baffles me... I can honestly say from experience that those negative reviews are far from the truth. Honestly, this is the best and only company to rent from in the Clovis, Portales, and Texico area! Thank you SW Real Estate for being so amazing and showering not just me with kindness but all your tenants
