We contracted Southwest Specialties, Inc to pave our driveway, the steps and walkway going up to the front door, and the sidewalk going to the backyard. They did a Great Job! Our driveway and walkways look Awesome! After getting several bids and narrowing it down to two, we choose Southwest Specialties. Even though the cost was slightly higher, we could see we would be getting the personal service we were looking for. Ben, the sales rep, took all the time we needed to answer any questions. When we called and had to leave a message, we did not have to wait long for a call back. He took the time to help us decide on the colors and design of our driveway. He stayed involved throughout the project, often coming by to check on the progress and was always available by phone and email. Armando, the Project Supervisor, stopped by every day to check on the work and to make sure things were progressing as planned. He was always willing to talk to us and keep us informed. He was very friendly and easy to talk with. We cannot say enough about the work crew. They were at our house by 7:30 am every day, and some days did not leave until 6:00 pm. This project was done in July when it was extremely hot, but they kept working! The job took a few days longer than expected, but it was worth it. They took the time to do the job right We would recommend Southwest Specialties to anyone looking to have a paving job done. They were professional, provided great customer service, and the driveway, steps, and walkways turned out beautifully. We could not have been more pleased.
