My business is new to Las Vegas, but I have over 80 employees spread throughout the Southwest. Southwest Telephone Company was able to provide a VOIP solution for me and my employees that required zero CAPEX and saved me hundreds of dollars a month over other solutions I looked into, and provided me with the latest generation Polycom business phones loaded with features all other providers wanted to nickel and dime me for. There were no surprises, and timelines were met and beaten by several days in a couple cases. I couldn’t be happier with the HD Voice and Microsoft Teams solutions these guys fixed us up with. I have never done a review before, but I felt this company went way above and beyond for my small company.
