Southwest Water Authority has great tasting water, and their staff and board are dedicated to providing quality water for the people in southwest North Dakota.
I wouldn't trust them when they say they're going to call you they don't return phone calls. A person that is down on their luck and I'll put unable to pay the full amount try to make arrangements to pay it they don't work with you so what do they do charge you more money because they intentionally turn it off when they know you are going to be in that day to pay it.. I have never worked with a sideways company like that period I may be a little partial to my own situation But I wouldn't trust them when they say they're going to return calls or work with you. And the saddest part of it all we don't have a choice we have to use them so they don't really care.
