Maintenance does a great job. The overall neighborhood feel is great and maintenence is very prompt. I do feel like they should be just a little bit more for the price, but honestly I'm still extremely satisfied. Also the indoor pool is AWESOME to have, though inside theres an extremely loud drone from the air filtration system. Overall I love it here though and im strongly certain ill renew my lease.

Southwind Villas is a Quiet Community and has Beautiful Villas that are well maintained. The Staff and Amenities are Great! I have never been Happier Living here! The pool is Beautiful and clean and the gym and movie theater room is Fantastic!

Quiet and safe place to live. Management is great. Maintenance responds in a timely manner, and are knowledgeable. Friendly neighbors. Management have hosted some parties at the clubhouse and have always been super fun and a way to meet other people.i have lived here almost 3 years and have really enjoyed it!

SouthWinds Villas is a great place to live because of the many unique features that surround the property. There is wrought iron fencing and almost each building has their own tree lined street with individual lighted driveways for all the villas. You pull into your driveway with your own garage which has a door that opens directly into your large apartment. There are large picture windows and lovely fireplaces. The apartments connect to a well maintained walking trail. My favorite feature is the large indoor pool, which has never been crowded! Some other features are an exercise room, movie room, showers, sunbathing area, picnic area with gas grill and a dog run. The new management are friendly, kind and helpful. The new maintenance staff seem knowledge and are hard working. I have lived here 4 years and I feel safe and everyone is quite neighborly. In fact I have made some life long friends!
