Have been several times and the food is ok. However on my last visit I had the large breakfast, eggs looked fine but the yolks were in fact rock hard, mainly cold and the black pudding I'd ordered as an extra was missing. This experience made me try elsewhere and I wouldn't go back. So many cafe's like The Wharf, The Deli, Gabriel's and Willow Tree Cafe all offer a superior fresh cooked breakfast for pretty much the same money and I'm supporting local businesses too boot.

More pub than your usual Wetherspoons, wouldn't want to sit and have a meal in this very busy place at night but fine for an inexpensive drinking night out!!!!!

Always good drinks and food. You know what to expect when you go to a wetherspoons and we are happy with that. Since covid restrictions came into place and dividers went up, atmosphere in the back room has actually improved. Some staff have changed and service has massively improved too

Friendly and helpful. The staff pointed out they were lighting a log fire in the far corner, in case we wanted to sit there.

Excellent safety in doors, asked to sanitize and use the NHS login, all tables spaced apart. Some tables had plastic screen between tables, we used the Wetherspoons app to order and pay. All servers used masks. Felt very safe indoors.
