Still under a little bit of renovation I'm sure when this is complete it will change to 5 accommodation a bit small but very clean. The owner Tammy, other staff and clientele very welcoming and friendly. You can use cash or card. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon. Food served dayly . I recommend you try this venue. Frank.

Despite the fact that the cellar was in the process of flooding the atmosphere was brilliant and the couple of pints I had before we had to go to cans and bottles due to the water level were fantastic

yes i like this pub and its friendly staff and customers -good range of beers and lagers to suit every taste you may even spot a goose on the loose

Friendly service and great value for money. Lovely interior and well looked after. Look out for the geese on your travels.
Outstanding ordered the hot beef baguette with chips and kids chicken strips and fries, baguette came with a side of salad which was lovely, grandson ate over half of his meal which he very rarely does, large portions well and truly worth a visit you won't regret it
Best pub in SB hands down. Inviting, good prices, and best of all, they keep it warm, and have a stove fire. There's pool, darts, karaoke and pie and peas on different nights. And the staff are friendly and welcoming too. Dont pass it up for the ones further in town.
