I have recently bought a property through Sowerbys, I have to say that I was very pleased with the service Sowerbys provided to me as a buyer, no request was too much trouble and it made resolving the inevitable issues related to making a house purchase that much easier to resolve. They provided a much easier route that getting solicitors to talk to each other! So thank you to all the team that work out of the Kings Lynn office, I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking to make a purchase in the Norfolk area.

I have sold a house with Sowerbys and would like to say what a helpful professional team they are. Becky Boor has been a massive help with the aftersales and followed on from the excellent sales team keeping us updated on a daily basis towards the end and pushing hard to achieve suitable dates from a very sluggish chain! Due to the excellent service that Sowerby's already provide on our letting portfolio, we engaged them to sell our main residence. Their representative, Mario, was charming, professional and supremely knowledgeable on all aspects of house sales. He, and Sowerby's, provided us with a outstanding service throughout the entire process, including some of the most beautiful photographs ever taken of our home. The entire team were attentive and responsive, leaving us no alternative but to publish this review and recommend them in the strongest terms to anyone wishing to sell their home.
I am in the middle of a house sale and unfortunately it has become a nightmare ( no fault of Sowerbys ) and although we still want the house because of all the continuing issues with getting it over the line it’s at best 50/50 . So , the ONLY reason I’m doing this review is Grace Read who works for Sowerbys at their Kings Lynn office . From the beginning she has been first class and gone over and beyond the call of duty for an agent . Regardless of the fact that she may get commission on the sale she has given 100% to doing her best and giving the best customer experience she can give ....even though everything is going wrong . The way I judge Great customer service is ; when things are going wrong is the person you are dealing with going to make a bad situation BETTER or WORSE ? Without any shadow of a doubt she has tried to make things better ( and continues to do so ) in my vast experience of life and dealing with good and bad customer service she goes down as EXCEPTIONAL. Hopefully her bosses realise what a diamond she is and promote her to AREA MANGER and give her a 20k hike in pay lol ....and “ No “ she hasn’t paid me to post this post and I’m not her Dad or boyfriend either !
Excellent service provided by the King's Lynn branch. The staff are amazing at communication, friendly and extremely helpful!
