Went & bought a spicy chicken foldover meal, only for people who bought after me to get their orders first,the McFizz was watery,my meal was cold. To top it all the manager lied about her name. After McDonald's Dobsonville Mall,this has to be the worst.

I bought breakfast today before coz i love my mega mac muffin, was told to moved from drive through n wait for the coffee, i waited for 10 minutes, had to walk to the front door with my slip, the lady at the door helped after my eggs wr cold

I went to your store waited via drive through and told after the long wait that I can not redeem and I have to go inside, went inside waited for the cashier to cash up in my presence which took a good 6-10min after that the other cashier that served me said sorry you can't redeem as my machine screen turns white , I asked to scan my QR quote and he said No after I paid via card waited for the Mc flurry forever upon collecting the crew member then threw my slip as I asked for it ,had to wait for another 10 min for a reprint ,What a horrible horrific experience, such incompetence from McDonald's protea glen.

The customer service is good, I always buy mcfeast but have never enjoyed it. Very dry. And the drive thru needs some improvement, too slow
