I have never experienced such bad service from the agent to the office staff I'm selling my house through this agency and it has been 4 months waiting for a transfer I personally got them the buyer all that the agent had to do was make the transaction possible no follow up on the progress I'm the one who needs to constantly make the the calls and follow up would never recommend this agency to both buyers and sellers.

The first time I entered the place , the service was awesome! I can reccomend a lot of people who want to purchase property especially your first time buyers. The agents are exceptional in what they're doing. That's why I gave it a 5 star rating.

Very bad service I have experienced... Called the lady on Friday to set an appointment to view a house she advised 3pm next day. Come Saturday around 2pm I call her and moves time to 4pm, around 3h30 phone is off till Sunday. Sunday I call she has been advising me she will call me back, 3 hours later no call back. I call her and she says to set an appointment for 4pm on that Sunday, she requested I sent her a watsapp and she will send her location, I did as asked. I call her again at 3h30, phone off. Customer service, communication and honesty is what she lacks.
