Patience is amazing. As a business owner she is punctual and her spa is immaculate and welcoming. Her knowledge and expertise of skincare and skin issues is second to none and she takes the time to explain why each step in your regimen is important from a scientific basis but in terms you can understand. She was able to provide trial sizes of recommended products so I had the opportunity to use them at home without feeling pressured to purchase them on the spot.
