We booked the Spa package of thermal spa plus 3 treatments. We arrived at 10am and our treatments were booked for midday. The staff are very friendly and we were provided with a towel, robe and flipflops (previously used, so had I known that I would have brought my own.) The changing room is decent enough, with reasonable sized locker and showers. The thermal spa is very old and tired and not at all luxurious. The steam room didn't appear to be working, as there was very little steam (more "soggy" than anything) and the foot baths were out of order. The sauna was working, but is very small and compact. The hot tub was also in working order. Overall it was not great. The relaxation room has 5 lounge beds in with hot drinks, water, fruit and magazines. The treatments comprised a body scrub, back and shoulder massage, and facial. Kelly was my therapist and was very good. All of the treatments were very good. Overall, we had a lovely experience but the thermal spa is just a waste of time. It needs a serious amount of renevation!

I was asked on booking whether I had been before, which I have. On arriving I was asked the same question again, but was asked to fill in a form to update any details, the were no changes. This was then used as an excuse why my massage was cut down from 25 mins to little over 15. All the while she kept saying I needed to book a course. Appointment ended at 5.55. What would another 5 mins matter! Surely they don't run such a tight schedule that I couldn't be allowed a little longer!

This Spa is within a public leisure centre. The treatments were good but the actual spa area was disappointing, small and restricted in space. And you need to walk through the public area to change and go into the spa area. Not what you pay for!

Booked a facial and manicure as a gift for my mother. The facial was cut short it wasn’t 50 minutes as said it was supposed to be. The gel nails wasn’t a full manicure, which was what I wanted, but not told that this costs extra, so Instead my mum had the basic gel nails. And no refund was offered after I spoke to the lady about it, and only realised when I looked online at the prices that she should have offered me money back. It’s not even about the money at the end of the day, it’s the principal of the whole experience. My mum has now shown me pictures of her nails and there’s large gaps missing down the side of the nail and by the cuticle..Not worth the money and disappointing.

Better than I anticipated. I thought you would have to share space with the gym ( like the swimming pool). The treatment we got was super relaxing and very friendly staff.

Great setup offering a full menu of services. The staff are lovely and the prices are very affordable. Only negative is that it is within a gym so those look for a scenic spa will not enjoy the venue. For Epsom and surrounds residents needing a mini break or quick treatments I would recommend them
