Due to an error (by my husband I hasten to add!) we ran out of oil on a Friday afternoon... with snow expected. I had never used Spa Oils before, I hadn't actually heard of them but a Google search brought them up and I called for a quote. Not only did they quote competitively they told me they don't charge an extortionate call out fee for emergency delivery (other companies told me it would be a 200 additional charge). Jon was so helpful on the phone and they went out of their way to help. Delivery first thing Saturday morning of half my order to tide me over and the rest coming on a weekday. Not many companies would offer that, so many of them want to cash in on your situation! The driver called 15 minutes in advance of arriving and was super polite, cheerful and helpful. I will definitely be using this company again. They were brilliant.. thank you Spa Oils!
