this place is horrifying!!!! they do not sanitize in between clients at all. they will destroy your nails. I got a super short gel FILL and they charged me 75 dollars! obviously a scam. when I asked why the price was so high they said AND I QUOTE “If you don’t like the prices then don’t come back”. extremely rude and unprofessional if you ask me. my nails look okay but definitely not worth 75 dollars...

I took my sons Fiancé here for her birthday. They did a pedicure for the both of us I paid for. The pedicure was okay, normal price. She decided to get her nails done. Big mistake! They cut her multiple times on her fingers. One of her nails is basically pointing straight up. We will be calling again today (we called yesterday no answer) to see if they will correct it. They charged her 75 for the full set and this is what it looks like. Want a pedicure sure go here, want your nails done I suggest skipping it.

Worst nail experience EVER!!! I came in a little after 10a. I sat soaking for 40min. While technicians took on other clients. I then had to move from my current seat to another station so the new available tech can begin my service. Once started I began to receive one of the worst experiences ever. I showed 3 different technicians what I wanted. The one who actually started working on my nails didn’t have his station sanitized from previous client. He didn’t do the proper steps like push back my cuticle. He even ran low on the black dip and started pouring the dip on my nails which caused my nails to turn out horrible. He didn’t properly file them either, I had to ask for a file so I myself can adjust what he should’ve done himself. My rhinestone placement was horrible and tacky. You can see glue around them. They did such a bad job on my nails that I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. They didn’t offer to fix them either. They were so concerned about trying to take another client instead of assuring that the current client could possibly be a return client. I also received a text stating I could get a percentage off for it being my birthday and instead they ignored me and went on to the next client. It sucks that I had to experience this, and hopefully I can save someone from having to experience the same treatment. My advice to employees, treat your clients better!

Best place ever, so relaxing pedicures and lo gives the best foot massages! Very clean and organized, nails are flawless and last forever with no lifting! i go over 3 weeks before fills and are still beautiful!

DO NOT USE SALON SERVICES HERE -poor hair styling skills that led to botched hair -HORRIBLE customer service that refuse to acknowledge mistakes and have the audacity to say I owed them money. I went in with 2 requests upon arriving at Spatastic, bleach my regrowth (about 5 inches) and blend it with my existing blonde. I ended up leaving with completely uneven, multicolored hair and scalp burns. She took a before picture but didn't take an after picture, probably because she knew the quality of work she had done was poor. She told me it would improve with washing but its still horrible. I asked the Salon for a refund on the 150 service charge since further hair consultations told me I would need color correction but they refused. They told me my hair was fine even though I sent pictures and even accused me of not paying the full cost of my service. The pedicure was good. But I booked an appointment for pedicure and facial. I called because I was running ten minutes behind due to babysitter issues. At that time I was told they would still be able to provide the services. It wasn't until I arrived that I found out that they wouldn't be able to do the facial. They sat me immediately and about ten minutes later, a woman filled the foot soaker with cold water and walked away to do someone else's pedicure. My pedicure wasn't started until forty minutes after I got there. I get that it was busy, but they could have told me on the phone that they wouldn't be able to provide the services requested at that time. I got a babysitter for the first "me time" since I gave birth in December. I could have gone somewhere that could provide the services I wanted. Will not be going back.

I love it here!! I had my appointment at 10AM this morning and I got in on time, despite the techs still working on people when I walked in. They were very friendly, and gave me what I wanted for my nails. My tech was extremely nice and talked to me about what I was doing that day and gave me tips for my cuticles and how to heal them. I have always bit my nails and cuticles and have (very) recently been able to do it less and less. She was patient with me needing to learn when to take my hands away since I’ve only been to another salon in Tempe one other time and they were awful. I definitely can’t wait to return to do another gel manicure with new colors! I will say the gel did burn my fingers under the UV light but she did her absolute best to get it all off before putting my hand under, so no big deal at all with that. I’m overly satisfied and can’t wait to get a pedicure here as well. Each person who left that portion when I was in there was happy! Glad I found you guys.
