June 18, 2016 To Whom it May Concern: On June 16, 2016, I had arthroscopic surgery with Dr. Guzman at Space Coast Surgery Center. It was a great experience. Many thanks to everyone involved in my care. From the friendly admissions clerk to Pre-op RN, Becky. Then there were the Circulators, Tom and Jennifer along with Michelle Teek, CST. Dr. Macmillan did a bang-up job. I don’t remember a thing. Post-op RN, Kirsten took very good care of me and sent me on my way with no sequele. These players deserve a big pay raise!
