Nice shop lovely and friendly staff
I try to not leave negative reviews but sometimes I must. I like the products at space nk so I regularly shop there but never been blown away by the service. Today was a low point. I purchased a makeup item from the shop and requested a sample of a cream which I've got my eyes on. I'm attaching a picture of the sample received. I didn't want to embarrass the shop assistant by asking for more but you be the judge. It's not even a full pump and would never be able to help me decide if to splurge on the full product if I can't even get a decent sized sample to try it!
I have tried to go in there now on three separate occasions and each time have been ignored. On the last visit there were at least 3 staff there with no customers just chatting. It's not a cheap shop and I'm not going to beg to ask for help. It's a shame as other stores are much better. Training and customer service skills very much needed.
