I have bee using SPACE for over 10 year for my letting property. They have always advised me on new legislation's and even found tradesmen to help me with some odd jobs. I do not need to set a reminder in my diary for renewal as I know they will always remind me closer to the time. They are very professional and seems to be on the Ball! and also ensure they find the right tenants at all times. I will use SPACE always and recommend them too. Space Residential just helped us sell our house and my wife and I were very happy with the service we received.
