No reception there. I went for my biometrics. Plenty of space inside. Unwelcoming staff, I felt like I am under exam conditions. Security person was like unhappy to see people. Families with kids were made to wait outside in rain. My kids caught cold. UKVCAS staff was very very polite and helpful.

After being in this building for 3 months, the level of service, or the lack thereof is appalling. We've tried to avoid coming into the office because of the following: - Entrance is constantly busy with families / kids since there's an immigrations office in the building – no social distancing with these people either. - Immigrations office is opposite our room and there's constant chatter / kids crying. Sounds like you're in a labour ward some days. - Windows DO NOT open so you cannot get fresh air. - Air condition is regulated so you're either freezing and constantly running to the toilets (which are left unclean / unflushed) or boiling hot when it's not turned on. - No microwaves in any of the office floors so you cannot bring in lunches to warm up – gets quite expensive eating around City Centre. - Cafeteria has always been closed on the ground floor. Cleaning: The cleaning staff DO NOT clean regularly and are in and out quicker than you can blink. You'd think due to COVID-19, the place was being completely looked after but that is not the case. - Desks have been left dusty on multiple occasions until we brought it up. - Bins are not emptied on time. Today, the receptionist had to come around to empty them! Meeting rooms: Booking a meeting room has been difficult a couple of times. The original meeting rooms we were getting on 1st floor were lovely but after a couple of uses, we had been moved to 3rd floor (apparently we were getting the 1st floor as a privilege). - The meeting rooms we've had on 3rd floor are like standard office spaces, they do not look like meeting rooms. - Clients have had to come into our own office space a couple of times because of inadequate meeting space and quality being poor for a serviced meeting room. - No savouries for clients in meeting rooms on 3rd floor. - Coffee / milk not available a couple of times, had to go to another floor to get a top up / take a kettle. Avoid if you are looking for a serviced office!
