Nice place, nice people servicing you. However, the invoicing and accounting systems are a mess. There is always a dollar here and a dollar there extra charges you have been bugged for. You pay the bond before you walk in, but you get your bond refunded 30 days after you settle your final invoice. When you move into a serviced office, you expect a streamlined simple process, payment, invoicing so you don't have to worry too much about your admin, but focus on your work. With Spaces, especially the premium price I believe I have paid, and in my experience this was unfortunately not the case. Believe it is a failure of the overall corporation rather than the nice team at the premises.
