I really think reception shouldn't be so quick to fob people off when they are busy - which let's face it, that's all the time. Depending on the problem, it can take alot of nerve to phone. And if that initial chance gets missed, they may never get that courage again. It could be a serious problem that they are really worried about and you have completely dismissed them.

Why will you not use an established delivery service to help keep the number of persons visiting the surgery, most persons have to make 2 trips to the surgery for repeate medicines, this increases the chance of spreading covid 19
