Found Fancy Frox by googling for my fiancés dream dress which we couldnt find anywhere else. Contacted them and received great service from the start. Payed through Paypal and few days later the dress arrived to Sweden. It was exactly as we thought it would be and looked amazing on her. Highly recommend Fancy Frox for the great service and the awesome staff!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to buy my prom dress. The staff are friendly and non-judgemental (unlike a previous shop we had visited) nothing was too much trouble. I had no idea what type of dress I wanted, what colour or what dress would suit me. My family and I were not rushed and there was no limit to the amount of dresses I was able to try on. Their knowledge and the fact they listened to everything that was said from myself and my entourage resulted in me getting the most perfect dress. Truly amazing experience for all of us. Thank you
I visited Fancy Frox just yesterday with my mum and dad, looking for my Wedding Dress!! I knew I wanted to use Fancy Frox as they had the best reviews, was soo helpful when I was enquiring and had the best brands. I was oddly a little bit nervous heading to my appointment, but as soon as Karen met us and started chatting through ideas - I felt instantly excited! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing, I felt like Karen took the time to get to know me and my personality. She was very honest (in the best way), she made me feel special and individual, as well as using her professional advise to find THE ONE! It was a brilliant memory for myself, my mum and dad to remember forever. We also chatted to Danny about the Grooms suit, who again was amazing and informative. Our experience was so good, that the groom has already booked an appointment! I feel like it’s also worth mentioning the fact we visited during social distancing, where masks are essential to be worn in stores. This did not tarnish the experience at all in my opinion! Thank you SO much Fancy Frox for looking after me so well and giving me the BEST experience
We visited Fancy Frox for my younger sister looking for a prom dress and we literally couldn't have asked for a better experience. The customer service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, there was no pushy \sell sell sell\ attitude and my sister felt really comfortable. She found a beautiful dress and we all left feeling really happy with the whole afternoon. Thank you again you guys were superb.
I had the best experience with Fancy frox. The team where the most helpful in helping me find the most amazing dress making me feel amazing dollars on my prom night. I can’t thank them enough for all there help and the dress they where able to offer me. After trying on however many dresses they helped me make up my mind on the perfect one. I highly recommend fancy frox as they are the most helpful and friendly and are very honest. They where very patient and whilst trying them on they made me feel amazing in each and every one making it very hard to chose.
